Hi there! I’m Juliana, a dedicated mom of three and a lover of all things stylish, home, and family. My journey began in the colorful streets of Cartagena, Colombia and has flourished in Miami, where I blend my Caribbean flair with the city’s urban style and my day-to-day family dynamics.

With experience promoting Colombian fashion brands in the U.S. through ProColombia and leading digital strategies for industry giants like Netflix, HBO, and Microsoft as the Head of Edelman Digital in Miami, I thrive on merging creativity with cultural authenticity.

At Curated By, I focus on sharing my favorite brands and creating engaging experiences that bring people together to build community while celebrating their individuality and style.

My journey to co-founding Curated By has been unexpected. With a background in psychology and education, I never envisioned a life in fashion and event hosting. However, after having three children in three years, my priorities shifted. I dedicated myself to my website and Instagram page, Red For Thought, where I showcased small, women-owned, and locally-owned businesses for three rewarding years.

As a 35-year-old mom of three amazing boys—Santiago (7), Joaquin (5), and Antonio (4)—and the proud wife of my husband Santiago for 10 years, I embrace the chaos of motherhood while occasionally indulging in retail therapy. My family brings me joy and supports my creative endeavors.

In 2023, I closed the door on Red For Thought to give myself the gift of time—to reflect, spend with family, and focus on my own needs. The experiences I gained from hosting events and connecting with like-minded individuals have been invaluable.

My background in fashion merchandising and experience as an event planner in the fashion industry have driven me to establish this venture. Through my event planning company, I've orchestrated numerous bazaars and collaborated with entrepreneurs, fashion firms, and model agencies.

As a mother of three—Sebastian (7), Samuel (4), and Camila (1)—and happily married to Santiago for nine years and counting I value family and cherish my Venezuelan roots, which are deeply connected to my Portuguese heritage through my grandparents.

At 32, I find joy in laughter, good company, and bringing people together. My guiding principles include, "Never say no to anything in life; you never know what that day can bring you," and "Your time is the best gift you can give to someone."
